He is the Team Leader at i-Concept initiatives, with two decades of experience in Mother and Child Development, Natural Resource Management, Disaster Management, and Health and Nutrition.

He is an accredited Resource person for organizations like DFID, Indo-Swiss Project, UNICEF, World Food Program, and Plan International, focusing on Participatory Planning and Project Management. His core competencies include strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, child-centered community development, and disaster management. He has extensive international experience, having visited Bangladesh, Thailand, the Netherlands, UK, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, and Madagascar for workshops, training programs, and knowledge exchange in rural development, natural resource management, citizen participation, and agroecology.

Mr. Sriharsh Mohanty

Educational Qualification : Master in Social Work (MSW), Master in Business Management (MBA), Public Health Management (PHM), and a PG in Mass

He serves as the Founder Trustee and President of the Community Foundation of India (CFI). With over 25 years of extensive experience in social development strategy and management, Sriharsha's expertise spans mental health, drug addiction, elderly care, HIV/AIDS, sexual and reproductive health, and the broader health sector at national and state levels. His background in rural development is evident through his focus on community-based, participatory approaches that are crucial for addressing long-term societal challenges and fostering positive living. He has a proven track record of collaborating with government entities, national and international development organizations, and the non-profit sector.

His core skills include program and project management, along with providing technical support for government departments and CSR initiatives in health and social protection schemes. He is currently engaged in providing mental health and support services to over 1500 drug users and slum children in Bhubaneswar.

Ms Rekha Panigrahi

Educational Qualification : Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development and Masters Diploma in Interdisciplinary Research and Women’s Studies.

She is a results-driven development professional with 28 years of experience, including 15 years in senior management roles. Her expertise encompasses implementation, action research, program and grant management, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on social, economic, and climate resilience. She is adept at driving innovation in program design, facilitating capacity building, and engaging in policy research for sustainable development outcomes.

Her professional experience includes significant roles such as Program Manager for South Asia at IM Swedish Development Partner, where she managed programs in social justice, economic justice, and climate justice across India and Nepal. She has also held positions at Indian Grameen Services, CARE India, Centre for World Solidarity, and Vasundhara, managing diverse projects including rural development, financial inclusion, climate change, women-centered livelihood programs, and community forestry. She has managed projects funded by organizations such as the EU, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, DFID, Trocaire, Sir Dorabji Tata Trust, The Nature Conservancy, Cargill Ltd., and Royal Bank of Scotland Foundation.
