Organization believes on Gender as a cross cutting issues in all the interventions of the project. Hence, social and economic empowerment of women is important to free from the clutches of poverty, discrimination, and dependence. To keep fairness in all aspect i-Concept initiatives is strengthening the capacity of women to have become self-independent and have become able to earn a living by doing floriculture, mushroom cultivation, fishery, Poultry farming, vermicomposting and doing kitchen garden and also non-farm-based activities like Badi making, ready to eat food items making and NTFP value addition like leaf plate making, dry mango, tamarind collection and marketing etc.
